What are your first feelings of the class in it, who you are, describe yourself and tell me what you expect from this class?
I'm pretty excited about this class, and it's honestly a little shocking to me. It's been a long time since I've been extremely interested in one of my classes. I feel like I'm going to learn a lot of new skills that will be useful to me in the future. I wasn't too sure what to expect before coming to class on the first day, but now I'm happy that I chose this to be one of my classes for fall semester. I kind of picked this class on a whim, thinking I could possibly not like it, but I love how everything is set up.
My name is Gabrielle Rozanski and this is my second year at the University of Tampa. I transferred here last fall semester from the University at Buffalo and I consider that decision to be one of the best decisions of my life. I've lived in upstate New York for my entire life so coming to school all the way in Florida was a huge deal for me. I'm a communications major and I was heavily influenced by my older sister, who was also a communications major. I was unsure about my major for a long time, but after taking many classes within the degree I knew I made the right decision.
My interests include music, photography, and reading. I love going to new places and exploring areas that aren't well known. Food is extremely important to me. And recently I've gotten into indoor cycling. I think this class will challenge me because I don't know a lot about any of the programs we will be using. It seems like there's so much that one can do with just one of these programs, that I think having these skills would be pretty cool. One thing that I expect to happen because of this class, is working on my own projects and making my ideas come to life outside of class. 🎕
